Azure Village is organized around a set of agreements that all collaborative residents and guests are required to make. 


The purpose of these standards is to support each resident and guest to thrive, while advancing our shared mission and collective results. 


Misalignment and incoherence with these standards–as determined collectively by the village Governance Circle–is grounds for termination of residency or visitation.



  • Each individual is responsible for their psycho-spiritual-emotional experience and maturity

  • Full participation in community cultural standards of authentic and open communication, clearing protocols, boundary setting, accountability and integrity


  • Community offerings are whole-foods, plant-based

  • Lunch served at 12:30pm 

  • Dinner served at 7:00pm


  • Substance-abuse free zone 

  • Alcohol-free zone


Monday - Friday 

  • Sunrise - 9:00am: Personal Ritual 

  • 9:00am - 12:00pm: Focused Personal Work Hours 

  • 12:00pm - 1:30pm: Paradise Hour (Do whatever would make your experience feel more like paradise) 

  • 1:30am - 5:00pm: Collaborative Hours (meetings, discussions, ideation, team sync) 

  • 5:00pm - 6:00pm: Personal Education / Exercise

  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm: Blessing Hour (Village improvements, maintenance, food prep)

  • 7:00pm - 8:30pm: Sunset Community Dinner (& clean up)

  • 8:30pm - 10:00pm: Evening Programing (Whatever leadership is brought to create) 

Saturday - Sunday

  • 7:00pm Sunset Community Dinner 

  • Planned weekend activities and excursions


  • We are committed to creating transparent and all-win systems of exchange that sustain the genuine needs of the operation, while rewarding intellectual, social, physical and emotional contributions to our mission. To make Azure work (rent, utilities, food, equipment, materials), we request a monthly financial contribution from each resident in exchange for being a part of our community of practice that is designed to have a profound developmental and transformational impact. 


  • Financial arrangements will be established on a case-by-case basis during the recruiting process based upon various factors including level of participation at Azure and individual financial capacity.


Based upon your role and individual contract, you will have a further set of agreements that manage the expectations of your collaborative activities with your specific team and project. 


Some Collaborative Residents will have income-generating and/or personal purpose work they will be attending to outside of their Azure collaboration. These efforts should be a minority of their time for their presence at Azure to be a fit. To support the performance and functionality of the operations, it is required that work outside your Azure role/s is communicated ahead of time and that your role-specific agreements factor in the time you will be working on other projects. 


It is possible that Collaborative Residents will come to Azure and learn that the arrangement is not the best fit. If the resident fails to perform duties and responsibilities of their role up to necessary standards, perpetually breaches cultural standards, values and community-of-practice domains, fails to meet the monthly financial contribution, or struggles to thrive in Azure’s environmental conditions, then residents may self-select to leave or be asked to disembark Azure Village. While One Nation as a party has space for every American, Azure Village is a place for high-performing, aligned, all-in collaborators able to work diligently to birth and steward a network inherently designed to be inclusive for all.
